The urban design and architecture of the office and shopping complex BOŘISLAVKA CENTRUM (Bořislavka Centre) was created by
an international architectural workshop attended by ten renowned global and Czech studios.
The winning design, conceived by the acclaimed Prague studio AULÍK FIŠER ARCHITEKTI, allows for above-standard public access through a 12,200 sqm private area of land. It creates a number of attractive public spaces that will become, together with the shopping mall, a natural meeting point for 100,000 inhabitants of the catchment area.
More than 24,000 sqm of A-Class office space in four office buildings, formed into the shape of irregular natural crystals, is set onto the building’s base, which itself offers 9,000 sqm of retail space, including restaurants and cafés next to patio gardens and parks on the level of Evropská Avenue.
The four crystal-like office buildings offer successful Czech and multinational companies a representative seat at a prestigious address: Evropská Avenue, Prague 6.
